We are proud of the Smiling Hospital Foundation being financially entirely transparent.
LEVELS OF CONTROL FOR FUNDS RECEIVED AND DISBURSED
1. Foundation staff are responsible for the day-to-day processing of donations, funding requests and expenditures.
2. All expenditures are carefully considered and must be approved beforehand by our administrator, bookkeeper and a member of the Board of Trustees. None of the members of the Board of Trustees receives any financial compensation for work and time spent for the benefit of the Foundation.
3. The Foundation’s financial books are reconciled monthly by the bookkeeping firm Librum Bt.
4. The Smiling Hospital Foundation has an annual audit by Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Hungary
OUR FINANCIAL PHILOSOPHY IN THE COUNTIES:
The donations are spent mainly in the counties where the funds originated.
